Minimum two (2) years office administrative experience.
Proven written and verbal skills necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to speak effectively on the phone and to the employees of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated organizational skills.
Must have solid decision-making skills within the scope of the position.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines.
Must have proven customer service skills.
Above average proficiency in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have familiarity with of variety of software programs
Responsibilities include:
Assign jobs to technicians
Data entry, admin duties
Customer Service and support for the team within the office qualifications
Extreme attention to detail
Intermediate Excel and Data Entry skills
Positive, friendly, outgoing personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Two to five years' experience
Hard working, no excuses, go-getter type of person
