Starting Compensation:
$15/hr for part-time
$2,500/mth for full-time
+ bonuses + commissions
Technical Skill Requirements
¦ Adept with Windows OS
¦ Familiarity with basic PC hardware
¦ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
¦ Proficiency with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat)
Duties
¦ Providing customer service
¦ Assisting with administrative tasks, logistics, and organization
¦ Managing inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
¦ Submitting invoices
¦ Coordinating day-to-day administrative and operational issues
¦ Sending out and receiving mail and packages
¦ Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations
¦ Managing logs, documents, and files
¦ Answering the phone
¦ Greeting clients and visitors
¦ Assisting in various daily operations
¦ Managing mailing/distribution lists
¦ Managing and updating company social media accounts
