What we're looking for:
- Great attitude and integrity
- Experience in file management
- Experience in AP, AR, and month end statements
- Experience in organizing and managing an office with a fast-paced environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks Accounts Payable
- The ability to think critically and contribute to improving administrative processes
- Someone who can adapt to our changing needs as we grow
