We are a reputable water damage/fire damage/ mold remediation and construction company.
We are looking to hire a project manager who will drive from one job site to another making sure the crew onsite is doing their work and on point with the projects at hand.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You will take photographs of job sites and download them at the office to their appropriate files.
You will take measurements and draw up site layouts as necessary.
You will run errand taking the material to the crew when necessary.
You will be able to read and interpret construction contracts for each job site.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
Must have Xactimate Experience
Clean Background No Exceptions
Must be computer savvy
Fluent in ENGLISH (reading & Writing)
Must be FLEXIBLE (Weekends, Holidays, and on Call for Emergency Services)
You must have some sort of experience in construction as you will need to know how to manage the crew based on the scope of work.
You must be detail-oriented and extremely organized.
