I am a successful Real Estate Agent who has assembled a Great Team of driven Real Estate Professionals in CENTER CITY Philadelphia. We are a highly driven group of individuals who work well together. Position Summary:

We are looking to add the 'Right' like-minded individual to my Amazing Team. We are looking for a Self-Starting, Self-Disciplined, Self-Motivated individual who has a successful background in Real Estate Managing a Team, Supervising Real Estate Transactions, Managing the Production of a Staff, handling Contract to Settlement Timelines, Launching New Listings Campaigns, Price Reductions, Designing Flyers, Preparing Open Houses and being a Personal Executive Assistant to the OWNER/CEO.

General Responsibilities:

*Overseeing the Daily, Weekly, Monthly Operations of the OWNER/CEO and the Team

*Supervising Team Members and their Daily Activities, Delegation and Action Items to Completion

*Personal Executive Assistant to the OWNER/CEO. Handling and Organizing their Personal/Professional Schedule, Emails, Listing and Buyer Appointments, Preparing CMAs/Flyers/Open Houses/Paperwork and etc.

*Must be in constant communication with the OWNER/CEO and follow their Instructions and Daily/Weekly To Do’s (may involve some Evenings and Weekends)

*Provide support in the follow areas: Agent support, Assistant Support, New and Current Listings, Open House Coordination and Scheduling, Creation of Flyers, Price Reductions, Contract to Settlement, Marketing, Lead Management, Drip Campaigns, Client Database, Client Email Campaigns, Technical Assistance, Social Media Boosting/Broadcasting, Events, Transaction Support, Customer Service with our Clients, Answering Phone Calls, Presentations and Lead Generation

Skills:

*Experienced with Constant Contacts, Drip-Campaigns, Pipedrive, Contactually (Preferred)

*MS Office 365 (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook/Publisher)

*Adobe Acrobat

*Well Organized and a Multi-Tasker (a Must)

*Works well Under Pressure and with Deadlines

*Excellent Communication Skills

*Shows Initiative

*Follows Directions

*Follow through with the Teams and OWNER/CEO Action Items of Daily/Weekly/Monthly 'To Do' Lists

*Believes in and has a healthy Work/Life Balance

*Reliable, Consistent and Steady

*Consummate Professional

*Social Media Boosting, Broadcasting and Marketing

*SEO - Search Engine Optimization Techniques

*Familiarity with Wordpress Website

Qualifications:

*Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing (Preferred)

*Minimum of 5 Years Real Estate Experience

*Minimum of 3 Years of Management Experience (Real Estate Preferred)

*Minimum of 3 Years Supervising Others

Education:

Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 5 Years Real Estate
