## About the Position
We're seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday hours in a dynamic retail environment. Please be aware this job is outside at the Christmas Village Market. We will have an heater but the booth is still outside.
## Schedule Details
- Days: Monday through Wednesday or Saturday - Sunday
- Hours: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Total Hours: 28.5 hours per week

## Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously
- Support inventory management and restocking as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
