Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Networking/Infrastructure Lead for a direct hire/permanenet position based in Philadelphia, PA

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Lead and directly manage Network and Communications team, developing and managing internal team members ensuring accountability and performance objectives are met
• Provide advanced design, implementation, support and management services for Network and Communications Infrastructure
• Accountable for providing Service Management and Escalation functions of infrastructure, working closely with our support partners and Service Desk organization in the consistent delivery of Networking services
• Develop and enforce Global Standards and Policies in the areas of Networking, Security, Telephony and Communications
• Lead global cross-functional teams and vendor resources in successful delivery of medium to large projects
• Accountable for vendor management functions, managing service delivery, as well as account team management and billing operations
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years track record of progressive and direct management of effective people, teams and vendor resources
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years specialized knowledge development and experience in Enterprise-class LAN and WAN devices such as Load Balancers, Appliances, WAN Optimization devices, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of advanced knowledge and experience with core networking protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, 802.1Q (VLAN), 802.1x (NAC), 802.11x (Wireless), STP, Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, and SNMP
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience performing Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial analysis functions
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Voice and Video Convergence gateways, protocols, codecs, and load balancing technologies
• Advanced knowledge and experience with WAN and LAN concepts, Network security, optimization, load balancing, performance monitoring and system resiliency/availability
• Demonstrated ability to perform IT Design and Architecture functions
