For technician following are the roles and responsibilities.
Set up and configure Wi-Fi lab devices and chambers
Troubleshoot network issues and fix.
Support various teams to configure APs and client devices.
Execute various commands in the devices to configure or grab the logs.
Troubleshoot devices (Routers, STBs, Windows, Mac, IOS, Android) and fix the issues.
Upgrade / Downgrade of various RDK devices.
Various Chamber set ups (octoScope, Ramsey etc)
