Responsibilities:

The Procure to Pay Application Administrator is responsible for the implementation, administration, quality, and support of the Procure to Pay tool for the enterprise. The Administrator will be responsible for interfaces, unit/integration testing, training, reports, external/internal partners communication. Developing application learning guides, provide instructions and facilitate training for internal users. Serve as application key point of contact for business partners. Key contact for troubleshooting challenges; assist in identifying, testing and implementing enhancements. Partner with IT, AP, Compliance, Sourcing and other teams. Identify, instruct and guide suppliers to successfully register for Supplier Portal; track progress and process while setting concrete and consistent objectives. Perform business critical analysis such as system design documents, requirements gathering.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT Systems Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of Procurement and/or Operations experience with a record of increased responsibility and/or work complexity within a best practice environment.
  • Exposure to supplier management, category spend analysis, supplier rationalization programs, and bid management; and familiarity with applicable laws, procurement concepts, best practices, trends and issues.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, project management, and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business requirements and develop/execute tactical & strategic plans to meet business needs.
  • Strong research, writing and communication skills.
  • Experience managing offshore or otherwise remote resources.
  • An eagerness to learn, personable demeanor and demonstrated ability to interact in a team oriented environment across multiple levels of an organization.
  • The ability to take direction, work independently, and perform detailed work in a high-paced, dynamic environment; handle multiple projects simultaneously; and ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met as required.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications, and strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, indirect spend categories, and/or the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • An ability to lead, manage and participate on project teams with shared responsibility for outcomes and decision-making.
