A Loss Prevention Associate helps protect retail businesses by preventing theft and vandalism as well as protect people, money, equipment, and merchandise. The Loss Prevention Associate will be responsible for providing day-to-day loss prevention techniques.
Job Description:
Security check point for employees.
Provide physical security and investigate fraud during opening, working and closing.
Assist to investigate policy violations and internal theft by company employees and/or customers.
Stimulate company standards as associated with safety and security procedures.
Involvement in organization’s safety programs and loss prevention.
Ensure to notify or inform emergency personnel in case of an emergency.
Conduct surveillance to apprehend and detect illegal operations; watching shoppers, identifying suspicious behaviors, and taking appropriate actions.
Monitor security systems.
Document theft and other violations of security
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Excellent problem solving ability
Superior observational skills
Detail Oriented
Professionalism with consumers and internal contacts
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
