Position:

Energy CRE is the official energy partner of the nation's leading FHA, Freddie Mac, Freddie Green, and Fannie Mae commercial mortgage lender. This unique partnership makes Energy CRE the industry leader in Commodities Contract Negotiation. Energy CRE is seeking a Commercial Sales Director. This individual will report to the President and Director of Business Development, and will be responsible for recruiting and managing a Team of Commercial Energy Sales Professional. The Sales Director will have a proven history of successfully building teams and selling energy service contracts. This is a Commission Based Position with Equity and a total first year compensation of $150,000.

REQUIRMENTS:

- Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Energy Sales/HVAC experience

- Previous experience making outbound sales calls

- Understanding of factors effecting Power, Natural Gas & Renewable energy pricing

- Engaging phone personality

- Understanding of current energy markets the procurement process
