We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and cheerful Sales Associates who like being among people, genuinely care about their well-being and like working in a fast-paced environment.

Our beautiful spas have a fast growing membership base.
Our Sales Associates promote and sell Massage Envy Wellness Program, develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Sales:
Presents Wellness Program to all guests : communicates with therapists, conducts wellness presentation customized to client's needs
Closes at least 20% in membership sales, bonus for every membership sold
Understands and applies the sales process
Understands and applies strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.) and product offerings (massage modalities, facials, retail products)
Customer Service:
Greets guests and members as they enter the clinic
Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments
Promptly and professional answers the phone
Effectively and efficiently books appointments
Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy's Service Essentials
Must have sales experience/excellent customer service
EXPERIENCE FROM GYM MEMBERSHIPS OR TANNING SALONS HELPFUL
Administrative:
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
Maintains client files
