HR Generalist - Entry Level Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103 Remote During COVID Position Summary: Currently seeking a Jr. HR Generalist who will be providing coordination & operational support to in-house Talent Acquisition group. The position will also work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide a best-in-class hiring experience to candidates across the country. Responsibilities: · Responsible for supporting our TAOS team and act as an HR point-of-contact for all potential candidates. · Provides quality support services of with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes responding to candidate request and inquiries, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution. · Works with moderate supervision/guidance, results-oriented and a team player · Administers the recruiting process with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employment law, Company policy, and business impact. · Reviewing, creating, and delivering offer letters and various employment. · Tracks cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system · Supports service center staff relative to phone traffic as needed Specification: · Bachelors’ Degree or Equivalent Experience · Requires 1 year of related experience
