Desktop Support Technician

Look no further! TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) is an Information Technology Consulting Services company with a great opportunity for a full-time (benefited) Desktop Services Technician, providing internal IT support for one of the Big 4 accounting firms located in Center City Philadelphia.

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician:
Prepare PC accounts and access for new hires and interns.
Provide rotating scheduled walk-up desk support.
Provide rotating scheduled on-call support.
Provide troubleshooting support for customers.
Image/reimage PCs.
Update and maintain inventory and equipment.
Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, mobile devices and system connections.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all members of staff within the business. Network uptime and hardware continuity is a key component to this role.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve repair issues with laptops and printers.
Work with remote network team to perform troubleshooting and upgrades to network equipment.
Respond to incoming Service Now tickets in accordance with priorities and agreed SLA's.
At times, you will be expected to work closely with our offshore Help Desk staff to effectively troubleshoot and remediate our customer's issues.
