A growing leader in the Hospitality Point of Sale Systems (POS) Industry is seeking a highly motivated field service technician!

Members of our support and installation team will enjoy a very casual, yet professional working environment. The team members are responsible for configuring, building, servicing, and supporting POS Systems for restaurants in the Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland markets. We are looking for additional help to maintain our high level of customer service as we grow. Sample daily responsibilities include servicing small networked systems, configuring menus, training end users, and making repairs to hardware in our office and in the field. There is vast interaction with many different customers and hospitality environments.

Applicants must have clean driving record, problem solving skills, strong communication/telephone skills and a very pleasant and patient personality. Basic networking knowledge is required. Applicant must be extremely self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision, manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through the job. You must also possess superb customer service skills and the ability to diagnose and solve problems from a non-technical description provided by the client. Restaurant/Help Desk experience is a plus, though not necessary.

General operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm although customer service is our primary goal and hours may vary based on project requirements.

Part time position immediately available with full time potential. Compensation commensurate with experience. Future benefits available: Healthcare, Paid Vacation & Personal Time, Paid Major Holidays. Additional pay for on-call rotations provided.
