National Maintenance and Build Out Company handles commercial remodeling and building maintenance for a number of Fortune 500 clients, handling locations in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as some locations in Maryland and Delaware. We are rapidly expanding, as our reputation for excellent and timely work brings us new clients, and we're looking to bring on driven and hardworking individuals to keep up with our growing demand.
A Carpenter with National Maintenance and Build Out must have experience with framing, sheet rock and finishing techniques as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and communicate instructions effectively.
This position requires travel, overnight and some weekend work. Candidates who cannot stay on location need not apply.

$500 Signing Bonus after 90 days of Employment
Requirements:
3-5 Years Carpentry experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Self- Motivation
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to give clear, concise instructions to others
Ability to communicate effectively with commercial personnel
Ability to pass pre-employment Medical Screening necessary for operating company vehicles and machinery.
Willingness to learn practices unique to each client
Knowledgeable on store fixture assembly and management training but not mandatory
