A Bucks County Residential Remodeling Company who has been in the business for 20 years is currently look to add to their team Experienced Carpenters with no less than 5 CURRENT years experience in the field.

We are looking for motivated, experienced, experienced carpenters to join our team who have a passion for their craft and take pride in their work. We would like someone who wants to stay, who is a team player and likes to to be treated well and appreciated for their dedication and hard work. We offer, full-time work, year round work, travel to jobs is within a 45 minute radius of the Langhorne, PA area. Pay based on skill level and what you bring to the table with your experience. The company has no problem with regular reviews and wage advancement. Benefit package available after 4 months. Just looking for someone who has a good, honest personality, and who takes pride in their work and who has a strong work ethic.

Job Summary:

Excellent opportunity for a qualified carpenter with experience in rough and finish carpentry and other areas of residential construction. The ideal person will be able to manage job sites with employees and trade contractors as well as to work independently to complete projects.

Carpenter must focus on product quality and customer satisfaction. A do it right the first time attitude and not to cut corners.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 years CURRENT experience in the home remodeling field Knowledge of construction methods and various trades such as demolition, framing, basic HVAC/Elec/Plumbing, drywall and finishing, finish carpentry (trim, case, base, shoe, crown, cabinet installation), window, door and siding installation

Able to problem solve and troubleshoot

Ability to interact and communicate well with the customers and different sub contractors throughout the job

Self-starter and independent worker with attention to detail a must.

Must be neat and have a professional appearance.

Good Work Ethic

Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 80 lbs.

unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must be able to safely use manual tools and power

equipment.

Must have own carpentry tools and reliable transportation (Van/Truck).

Must pass a drug test and background check, hold a valid drivers license and provide own cell phone.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carpenter is completely responsible for the successful completion of the jobs given to them, which includes completing on time, on budget, and maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and professional communication.

Must have good organizational skills

Team Mentality!

Must be able to manage and give direction to staff, making sure work is done correctly and timely.

Carpenters work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight spaces and must be able to adapt to conditions and circumstances. You need to work with various hand tools and must keep tools and work-site in a clean, safe condition. Carpenters may at times need to deal with customer requests, questions, and inquires in a polite and business-like manner.
