Ready to hire a qualified, responsible and reliable individual to service newly built single family homes in the Delaware Co. and Chester Co. area. Must be skilled in Drywall repair, painting, caulking, installing doors, windows and trim molding, and should be familiar with all phases of residential construction. Must pay close attention to details and follow instructions well. Must be able to work at a productive pace and maintain a clean work environment at all times. MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND TOOLS. 3 years minimum exp. required
