Looking for skilled, reliable, multi-faceted workers for steady renovation work in Philadelphia.
We are NOT hiring general laborers.
You must have multiple construction skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
Required skills (must have several):
Carpentry & Framing
Drywall & Paint
Flooring, Doors & Trim
Roofing
Plumbing
Electrical
Concrete / Cement / Stucco
Requirements (no exceptions):
Valid driver’s license
Reliable car/transportation
Ability to start immediately
Must have multiple trades, not just one
Must provide proof of past work (photos, job history, portfolio)
Must provide verifiable references
Must have tools
Must be dependable, consistent, and able to work well with others
Full-time availability
Pay: $100–$200 per day based on skill, reliability, and experience.
Steady work available for the right person.
