+ Support from a project manager to handle any issues on the job site including issues ranging from customer service with homeowners to lack of materials on jobsite.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
+ At least 3 years of experience with the installation of residential replacement windows
+ Own at least 1 truck and proper tools, including an aluminum brake
+ Have proper insurance and licensing
+ Work available for both large and small crews
+ Craftsmanship coupled with customer service that is second to none
+ An articulate and professional demeanor on jobsite, and interacting with homeowners
