Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for an ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNTANT for our Corporate Office located in Ellwood City, PA. The successful candidate will perform daily accounting functions including, but not limited to:
⢠Applying cash receipts
⢠Entering accounts payable invoices
⢠Billing
⢠Collections
⢠Credit checks.
⢠Verifying invoice accuracy
⢠Communicating with vendors and customers
⢠Working with other employees to resolve internal accounting issues
Requirements:
⢠Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting or Finance required
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⢠Proficient with Excel
⢠Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
⢠Handle multiple priorities
⢠Familiarity with computer systems
⢠Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
