Job Description
ServieMax Corp. Facility Maintenance and Management Company seeking a Facility Manager in our Custodial Division. The individual chosen will be responsible for the day to day operations and leading a staff of cleaning personnel at a customer site in the Zelienople / Cranberry Twp. area. This is a hands-on position, not an office position. You will work with the team each day, every day. This position reports to the Regional Manager.
Position: Facility Manager- Full-time
Location: Zelienople / Cranberry Twp area.
Salary: $17.00/hr. to start
Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be over the age of 21 with a Valid Driver's License
The individual selected must be capable of following operational guidelines. The ability to manage peopleand schedulesto ensure all work is completed according to the contract.
Must have good people skills and be a problem solver.
Job Duties:
Ensuring labor costs are kept within the goals provided by the company.
Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
Tracking and ordering of inventory.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and customers.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts.
Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports.
The ability to recruit new employees and anticipate staffing needs.
Ensure all services are provided in an efficient manner and company standards are met.
