- Answer inbound calls, Skype messages, and inbound chat requests from customers and internal partners
- Manage and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain product knowledge and act as expert on goods and services
-Several schedules available. All Monday through Friday
11:30am- 8pm
2pm- 10:30pm
Not located on a bus line. Free employee parking available
