Professional downtown Pittsburgh company is in need of capable Scheduler/Client Support Rep.
Duties to include:
Generate soft outbound calls to schedule appointments for Sales/Marketing team
Prepare and process related reports
Assist with a variety of projects related to sales and marekting efforts
Additional general office and clerical duties
Requirements:
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient PC skills for data entry and report prep
