North Hills CDJR/Mitsu and our Wexford location are hiring, and we are looking for a full-time Service Advisor/Service Manager to join our service team in Pittsburgh, PA. Experience preferred. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our quickly growing team. Our family-owned dealership offers health benefits, 401K, a great work atmosphere, and competitive pay.

FUNCTION

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Drive the sale of technicians time to meet departments sales forecast

Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request

Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.

Qualifications:

Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions

Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.

Be organized, professional and courteous

Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction

Some service experience required
