Duration: 6.0 monthsDescriptionDescription:We are looking for someone with former or current document management and records background.Position Overview :Looking for Mid-level Document Management to support customer projects in conformance with contractual requirements.

Updating the project specific document management plan, taking project meeting minutes, preparing project reports, setting up internal project meetings, interfacing with customers, uploading project documentation and transmitting to customers.

Managing documentation (submittals) to external parties (e.g. customer, suppliers) and/or intermediary local office.

Updating and maintaining project documentation in the EDMS, and other applications (including, but not limited to; RFI, Submittals, Letters, Contract Waivers)

external regulations and project documentation requirements in the customer projects are met and support the project team.Responsibilities:Set up project environment in the document management system document numbers.

Manages, distributes and documents feedback, responses and incoming documents (from suppliers, installation site, customers or other third parties).

May check documents on formal aspects. May record and if required track the mailing and distribution of the documentation. "Vocationally trained Operator / Administrator" OR "Skilled Operator / Clerk" (please see information at bottom of this cell):In Administration / Customer Services: Selects from among clear choices based upon defined procedures and practices, to address changing work situations appropriately. Thinking and portfolio of acting options cover a number of routines, and latitude is permitted to address topics with approprioate processes.

Unexpected situations, however, typically needs technical assistance or authorization.In Production:Operates a defined number of related specialized machines and equipment, which include scanners, printers.

Assembly: Incumbent needs to have certain degree of theoretical knowledge and procedural understanding to operate in qualified assembly processes, which includes effective usage of a number of tools and machines during during assembly process. Assembly process however still repetitive and routine.

Proven ability to manage both day to day operations, as well as project work in fast paced environment

Exhibits a good understanding of general quality assurance concepts and practices.

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, successful history of problem solving of moderate complexity

Familiar with project management processes and methodology. Able to work in a team environment and work well independently

Excellent oral and written communication skills

In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage the day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans. Responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and analyzing, documentation and data related to trades. Confirm pertinent information for lender validations to ensure timely processing of loan trades. Research and resolve loan related issues, handle complex client inquiries and requests, identify, investigate and resolve escalated and/or complex problem loans. Collaborate with tax, closing and servicing teams as necessary. Verify completion and execution of trade documentation (i.e. trade confirmations, transfer certificates, assignment agreements etc.) prior to release of funds for purchases. Conduct call-backs for new lenders and follow appropriate procedures for trades not received via ClearPar to confirm and authenticate trade and money movement instructions. Verify ownership of existing loan positions prior to execution of sale transactions Record, coordinate and process all settlements from purchases and sales, recording relevant trade and asset information. Track purchase/sale price, accrued interest, loan positions, proceeds, etc. Complete audit confirmations, manage position verifications, and research/resolve discrepancies as needed. Manage complex external client issues (on-going client servicing for various loan structures, resolving operational issues, and technology implementations) Assist in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients. Use in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativity to problems and determines more permanent resolutions. Bachelor\'s degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred.
