Healthcare Business Analyst

We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst with experience in the Medicaid and the Healthcare payer insurance market to facilitate requirements discovery, documentation and comprehension.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Partner with the business leaders to ensure solution requirements are well documented and contain clear acceptance criteria.
Review existing solution to ensure complete capture, review and disposition of all requirements, workflows and interactions.
Collaborate with project leadership, and implementation and quality team to ensure the requirements are well understood.
Provide clarification of open issues and questions so as to drive full understanding among all participants.
Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria based on identified requirements.
Assist business teams in identifying test data sets to support quality teams throughout the solution and system testing.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1+ years' experience in Healthcare payer or Medicaid markets.
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on user requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience in one or more of the following business areas:
Claims
Case Management
Enrollment and Member Management
EDI
Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $60K - $90K
