DescriptionThe Inside Sales Executive - All Segments responds to inbound calls inquiring about commercial health plans, places outbound calls based on leads, and completes the sales of products and/or services. The Inside Sales Executive - All Segments work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.ResponsibilitiesThe Inside Sales Executive is responsible for proactive telephonic outreach to brokers in an assigned territory. They are responsible for managing the broker relationship from prospecting, sales consulting on opportunities, and closing business with our broker partners. They are accountable for achieving new sales goals for their defined territory and work independently with their broker hierarchy. Understands department, segments, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding their own work methods, requires minimal direction and is motivated for proactive broker outreach. Follows established guidelines/procedures and reaching out for guidance when needed.
