Interns typically work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week throughout a 10-14-week assignment starting in May of 2020.Note: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Candidates should have some experience with scripting languages, machine learning tools, and ideally have worked on a speech recognition project in the past.
Experience in areas such as far field array processing, prosodic features, wake-word or endpoint detection would be considered beneficial.Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University
Preferred Qualifications:
An exceptional individual interested in working on cutting edge technologies
Strong time management skills and the initiative to resolve problems by communicating promptly and driving project forward is required
Strong interpersonal skills and judgment to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups is required
Must be a creative and original thinker
Must have the ability to work effectively with close supervision
The successful candidate will exhibit professionalism, initiative, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic
Some skill in web design and CSS
Basic understanding of mobile platform development
