IT Implementation Coordinator.

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our team! The right individual will have strong project management skills, possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can follow a project through from start to completion. The right individual performs productively in a fast-paced work environment and works well independently while being part of a larger team.

Job Description:
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, documents, and run books and knowledge articles
  • Provide assigned project oversight to ensure project workflows and timelines are met from a technical operations team perspective
  • Facilitate communication between the internal project managers, developers, and support teams for the duration of lifecycle of designated projects representing technical operations
  • Resolve issues as they arise to understand and remove project blockers, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Facilitate the timely development and deployment of software and support solutions alongside technical operations team members
  • Provide support to the information systems department including organization, meeting facilitation, and any other project needs

Core Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to task-swap and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adjust to technical and non-technical end users when communicating project status and updates in a professional manner
  • Knowledgeable of software development life cycles

  • ITIL Certification
  • Familiarity IT Service Management Ticketing Systems
