Fluency for Scribe’s is an innovative application which redefines the physician – patient interaction, by allowing the physician to naturally communicate with the patient, and at the same time document the encounter utilizing artificial intelligence and remote scribes. You will be joining a dynamic, agile, forward thinking and empowering software engineering group, which encourages creativity and outside the box thinking.Job Summary:We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and technically excellent full time Software Engineer, to join our Fluency for Scribe’s product team. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design, develop, test and deploy code
Work hand-in-hand with the customers
Create and maintain design documentation
Present your work during technical workshops
Participate in activities relating to the improvement of the software development process
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in software lifecycle in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with an object oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Familiarity with one more of the following is helpful but NOT REQUIRED: Java, OR C OR Objective C OR Angular OR C#
Strong communications and presentation skills
