Managesteam which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Assists withemployee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintainefficient and effective services.- Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local, andfederal guidelines and policies to protect the business and itsemployees.- Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, andprograms are aligned with business initiatives.- Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, jobevaluation, and performance management to ensure compliance withdivision guidelines.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Job Specification:- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent-- Generally requires 6-9 years related experience- PHR/SPHR certification is preferred but not required- Prior experience supporting Retail, Inside or Outside Sales organizations preferred- Strong employee relations experience required.- Experience supporting a sales organization in an HR capacity preferred-Workday experience strongly desired, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Knowledge of current and evolving HR federal and state laws and regulations- Ability to build relationships and influence management on HR matters.- Ability to work in a team environment set priorities manage projects efficiently/effectively and an ability to work under pressure- Must be extremely organized detail-oriented responsive and flexible.- Must be willing to travel throughout the Region as needed.Comcast is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer
