The Azure Storage Media & Edge (ASME) team is looking for a highly talented Business Operations Program Manager with strong analytical skills responsible for driving change in a dynamic startup like environment. The role will be based in Pittsburgh, PA and will support the ASME supply chain for edge hardware appliances.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

The Business Operations PM is responsible for developing and monitoring the effectiveness of the global edge hardware appliance supply chain with respect to service, costs, and investment.

Develops, integrates and executes the supply chain strategy and plans in support of the business goals provided by the ASME product teams

Establishes supply chain performance targets and evaluates actual performance against established targets

Develops and executes appropriate plans to ensure performance targets are achieved

Develops cost effective contingency plans to mitigate risk to the supply chain

Work with Customer Operations groups to ensure customer requirements are consistently met

Work closely with Product groups on volume forecasts and associated inventory and capacity requirements

Collaborate with broader Microsoft supply chain organization to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

2-6 years of related experience

Experience with modeling and forecasting

Demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in diverse and highly complex environments including both team and individual based environments

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple and business functions, both internally and externally

Ability to simplify complex situations; strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be able to multi-task and project manage many tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under continual deadline constraints.

Strong project and process management with proven ability for planning, scheduling & coordinating

Proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems by applying knowledge and judgment to identify approach and methods

Some travel required
