Our client, a global leader in their industry, needs a Senior Systems Analyst to join their team. You will work with an HR technology team to deploy, troubleshoot, and support HR systems.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Senior Systems Analyst:
  • Resolve issues reported by internal clients
  • Resolve issues quickly and accurately to meet deadlines
  • Monitor critical systems and utilize analytics tools to ensure continuous operation
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions

Requirements of the Senior Systems Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience working in an IT field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting HR systems preferred
  • Experience managing projects, vendors, and teams
  • Experience with project management tools and technqiues
  • Demonstrated customer focus, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
