We're looking for cooks to work at Spirit. We're primarily a pizza kitchen with salads, pastas, and other sides. Just about everything is made from start to finish in-house including our dough, cheese, and sauces, and we work with local farms and butchers for as much of our product as possible.
Requirements of the job include 15-30 hours/week depending on your availability and flexibility, and late nights and weekends are a must. Customer service is also part of the job since we're an open kitchen and host to a wide variety of programming from day to day.
Kitchen experience is highly preferred, meaning some knife skills and knowledge of production. Most importantly, we need a strong sense of urgency, cleanliness, problem solving, and collaboration. We're a tight knit family and everyone helps each other out. There are lots of perks to working at Spirit, a great group of people to work with, and tons of resources if you have your own projects going on.
In addition to a PM Line Cook, we are also hiring a Sunday Brunch DISHWASHER from 9am-4pm.
