Brugge on North, a small high-volume neighborhood bistro, is looking to add to our team! Located inside of City of Asylum, our restaurant shares a space with a bookstore, and an events area. In addition to our normal restaurant business, there are many occasions when there will be jazz concerts or book readings during dinner.
We work with high-quality, local ingredients in a hands-on, fast paced environment. Enjoy working in a laid back but professional atmosphere. Great working team where everyone contributes. Cooks have the opportunity to contribute to daily specials if interested. Nights and weekend availability a must. Both AM and PM shifts available. No late nights, restaurant closes at 10 pm and closed on Mondays.
For all full time employees we offer UPMC health benefits partially paid by the employer after 90 days. BOH employees receive a free meal while working as well as paid time off.
