Dented Keg Brewing Company is set to open in early August and we are looking for individuals who will strive to create an exceptional product and experience for our guests. On our end we are trying to build an atmosphere where our staff enjoy coming to work and want to grow with our company. When working with us you will be working hand in hand with the people who built Dented keg while also working with brand new equipment.
We are seeking both experienced and inexperienced line/prep cooks, and dish washers. Shifts will include AM, PM and volume with most shifts lasting between 6 and 8 hours. Full time employees can expect between 35-40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime if it comes to it. We prefer to work towards set shifts but as is the nature of the industry some flexibility will be required from everyone.
Line and prep cooks will be expected to maintain stocked and clean stations throughout their shift while also ensuring the next shift is setup for success. Sanitation is also key for our Kitchen staff as we have very high standards and want to always maintain a beautiful kitchen. Dishwashers are to maintain a clean dish area while following health code procedures to ensure we are always clean and sanitary. In down time dishwashers may be expected to help with other cleaning duties.
