We're looking for an assistant manager at our Burger King in Connellsville/Dunbar Pa. who is career minded and looking for advancement. We're located next Pechans on University Ave. The candidate must have a high level of QSC standards; able to coach, train and motivate their team in a positive work environment. We need an individual who fully understands the importance of training as well as a working knowledge to control cost. Requirements:
-At least 1 year of management experience
-Working knowledge of computers
-Flexible schedule
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Able to lift more than 30 lbs
-Good training skills
-Exceptional motivation skills and create a team environment
-Have good knowledge of food safety and security
Key Responsibilities
-Operate shift according to Burger King standards
-Promote teamwork among peers and crew
-Develop and train Team Members
-Meet all local and Burger King food safety standards
-Lead and manage shift
-All paper work is completed according to standards
-Control inventory, cash and labor management systems
