Emporio at Sienna Mercato are looking for Server Assistants!
Job Description:
The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the service staff with providing an excellent experience for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to::
Providing direct support to the server and bartender staff.
Changing beer kegs and providing other needed supplies for the bar area.
Expediting guest meals from the kitchen to the tables.
Clearing tables and setting them up correctly for the next guest.
Maintaining needed supplies for the Front of House including silverware, cups, and other service items.
Position Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to identify guest needs.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Comfortable in interacting with guests and co-workers.
Ability to anticipate needs of service staff.
