There are no pencil-pushers here! Ideal candidate will be able to stand up the environment and pressures of a professional kitchen. Strong concepts of time-management and realistic preparation, knife skills sharper than an actual knife, and Sautee saunter hotter than a pizza oven. Moreland’s is looking for a Sous Chef that can handle the heat, and never break a sweat.

Ideal candidates will be able to complete every task in a well rounded kitchen, and work successfully as part of a committed team at every station. High Volume service hours require an organized and prepared individual that holds quality and sanitation in the highest regards, understanding that consistency to Chef recipe’s makes the best experience. Every guest, every time.

Nights and weekends are a must in this industry, and all hires will need to have availability for a strong five day work week. Moreland’s is currently operating on a Wed-Sunday schedule, with occasional need for non-operational hours preparation and kitchen maintenance/ deep cleaning
