We are a Private Club, looking for a Sous Chef.
Candidates will be able to run a multi-faceted operation, asserting their own style and influence, while applying the techniques and philosophies of the Executive Chef.
The Sous Chef will be given creative opportunities to display their style and skill. They will be expected to ensure menu items are executed properly by cooks.
