Opening for a maintenance person for an apartment community in Zelienople, PA. Company offers; 2 weeks vacation (within the first year), lots of Holiday time off paid (15-19 per year), also health benefits available. Qualified candidates would have general home maintenance experience, and will be working under the direction of the property manager and service manager. All hirees must complete background and drug screening, and have valid driver's license. This position would be an on call position (on call is rotation, so not every week on call).
