Must pass drug test
40+ hours a week
Shift;
Monday - Friday some Saturdays 6:00am-3;30pm
Must be on time and come to work everyday you are scheduled
After 1 year of employment

POSITION: Quality Assurance Technician
I. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
ï§ Assist QA Supervisor with all quality functions in plant
ï§ Prepare plant for quality audits and assist in the execution of the quality plan
II. QUALIFICATIONS:
ï§ High School diploma
ï§ Fluent in written and verbal English language
III. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ï§ Observe GMP protocols
ï§ Perform daily QA duties which includes: pre-op line checks, weight checks, ATP swabbing and sample retention
ï§ Assist with Microbiological swabbing
ï§ Monitors Gluten Program, and initiates preventive and corrective actions.
ï§ Prepare lab, conduct testing, document quality testing
ï§ Food Safety Deputy. Assumes responsibilities of QA Supervisor when they are not present in facility.
