We are an established southwestern Pennsylvania based real estate appraisal company that seeks an individual to help support our office functions. This is a part-time position working with a handful of co-workers. This position has the potential to develop into a permanent full-time position for the right candidate. This position has clerical, administrative, and computer related duties.
Duties to include (but not limited to): verify information and records in web based and customized computer systems; transmit appraisals to clients; word processing and spreadsheet utilization, as well as, database program reporting, assist with technical duties as relayed by the principles; relay necessary messages to staff and appraisers in regard to preparation of appraisals.
Must possess the following: be able to handle inquires (phone calls), and make calls at directive of management; professional verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MSWord, and Excel; strong attention to details; excellent follow through skills; the ability to multi-task and be able to work with confidentiality. Ideal candidate will have real estate appraisal related experience, technical/computer competence, WinTotal software experience (although not required), and accurate typing ability.
