Multi-trade commercial service company looking for someone to assist our Electrical Service Manager and other Assistant Service Managers with job scheduling, purchasing, writing estimates, data entry, filing, answering calls emails, errands, and assisting our service manager with anything they need done.

We will train. There is some minor checking of emails on weekends and after hours and we assist with setting that up.

There is optional weekend overtime to dispatch from your desk available also.

This position helps with scheduling jobs, coordinating work with customers and technicians, ordering materials and many more office duties such as making purchases, going to meetings, and running errands.

They assist with data entry into service software.

They assist our service manager with job coordination and preparing job quotes.

This is can be an entry level position not for a highly experienced individual or we would take on a more experienced individual. We are growing at such a fast rate we may need both levels of new hires.

But any electrical experience is a plus, any code knowledge is a plus.

Any service company experience is a plus.

This position assists the service, accounting, and billing department in whatever they need done.

If you have experience with service contractor software, that is a plus.

Any experience working for contractors of any type is a plus.

Job Requirements:

Above average understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and Windows.

Requires the use of simple writing, adding, subtracting, whole numbers and the carrying out of instructions.

Any experience in the field in any trade is a plus but not mandatory.

Typical Shift is Monday - Friday between 7:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. but there is flexibility on starting time, and finishing times.

Must be neat, presentable, and have good hygiene.

Must be professional, communicate well, and keep themselves presentable at all times while on the companies time.

Health insurance available after 60 days, with partial employee pay and partial employer pay.

Paid vacation and paid holidays.

401k option available after 6 months, employee only contributions.
