We are a clean and friendly; family owned and operated full service automotive repair facility in Pittsburgh, PA, that is looking for a Service Advisor with the afore-mentioned qualities. No previous auto experience necessary. We have been in business since 1959. We operate a Monday thru Friday work week, no weekends!
Duties include:
Greeting customers
Answering the phone
Estimating and selling jobs
Looking up, ordering and receiving parts
Scheduling appointments
Maintain customer data base
Customer Relations
