Administrative Front Desk Receptionist needed for successful growing company.
Previous office experience required.
Applicant must be well organized, efficient, and professional. Duties include excellency in scheduling as well as answering multi-line phones, filing, distributing mail, greeting guests and other various general office duties.
Must be skilled with Microsoft Office and Office 365 systems, Outlook, Excel etc.
Familiarity with Taxes preferred.
