Our company is currently seeking an Office Staff person to join our team! You will be responsible for a wide array of admin tasks across many functions of a small manufacturing business.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and administrative duties to support a manufacturing plant and accounting and operations. Entering invoices, handling trucks, posting time cards, shipping/receiving, ordering supplies, etc

Support, assist and perform tasks to support the manufacturing plant operations including time tracking, benefits admin and other transactional tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields is a plus but not required

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software and typical e-mail systems

Deadline and detail-oriented

Experience with Quickbooks a plus
