We are looking for someone to join us as a full-time, Monday-Friday, telecommuting member of our customer support and & admin role. Our company is based in San Francisco but we have team members around the country and overseas.

We are looking for someone with the following capabilities:
- Enjoys talking to customers on the phone (email and chat as well)
- Professional, with a friendly demeanor
- Familiar with technology collaboration tools (Excel, Google Office, Maps, etc); knowledge of trucking industry/logistics and data analytics is preferred
- Able to effectively collaborate with team members, including team members across the US and overseas; eager to learn what other team members do, and able to collaborate together to support our customers
- Self motivated; proactive, desire to learn and grow
- Detail oriented and task driven
- Resourceful and investigative helping the customer solve problems
- Diplomatic demeanor and can build rapport with our customers
This position has room for growth (i.e. promotion to Account Manager). We are growing and you can grow with us.There are bonus opportunities as well!
We are looking for someone who is friendly, bright and adept and who has good communication skills.
In addition to customer support work we will also look to you to provide administrative support, much of it data related, to other team members.
