Product Description
This program will focus on providing additional eComm fulfillment services to our customers. Examples include offering Same Day Delivery and curbside pickup capability.

Additional Details:
  • Streamline how we bridge inventory availability and location data.
  • Give customers choice and flexibility with how items in their order are fulfilled.
  • Inform customers of their fulfillment options throughout the customer shopping journey;
  • PLP/PDP/Cart/Checkout/Emails.
  • Expand fulfillment capabilities to international customers (Canada & Mexico).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as a resource, with both business and industry knowledge, for defining the customer's business requirements and objectives
  • Serve as a valued partner to our Product organization: helping to prioritize product roadmaps, setting goals and tracking progress toward them
  • Integrate best practices into new solutions and work closely with business users, software vendors and developers to ensure business user requirements are achieved
  • Gather and interpret requirements to establish business rules, business processes, activity diagrams, use cases, test cases and training requirements from internal and external resources
  • Communicate weekly status in meetings and written form, showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
  • Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
  • Ensure that industry best practices and industry leading solution are utilized or considered for problem solving
  • Attend key meetings, both internal and external, and report findings from the meetings
  • Resolves requirements and design issues or offer recommendation or solutions
  • Act as a liaison between product business owners and technical staff
  • Demonstrate clear and concise knowledge of processes, functions, and deliverables of technical and business teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment to create comprehensive competitive analysis
  • Conduct market research and business intelligence analysis around new product lines and profitable opportunities
  • Design and develop models for econometric and quantitative analysis around product
  • Analyze and assess data usage and product performance for maintenance prioritization and compliance with service level agreements
  • Partner with analytics and insights team to understand and measure the impact of product changes and new features.
  • Collaborate on product launch plans and servicing requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment
  • Participate in root cause analyses for product performance
  • Follow Agile methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline
  • Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline
  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • Relevant experience should include:
o Research and analysis of data, market needs, and customer issues
o Writing business requirements and developing business rules
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights; including identifying key trends in data and reconciling data across various sources.
  • Blend strong business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution
  • Champion the needs of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the business’s goals and objectives
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
  • Self-starter Solid program development and business process knowledge
  • Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
  • Knowledge of Web systems, CRM systems, Databases environments and environment negotiating with such systems
  • Knowledge of the data / analytics infrastructure industry a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and the software development life cycle
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Good understanding of IT practices and methodologies
  • Knowledge of the data / analytics infrastructure industry a plus
  • Reasonable retail domain or e-commerce experience a plus
